"Looked okay at first, but not worth it"
At first I thought it looked decent, so I was kind of hopeful. But once I actually had it in my hands, it felt a lot cheaper than I expected for the price. The stitching was already loose in a few spots, and the material just didn’t seem like it would last. Maybe I’m being picky, but also no, it really wasn’t great. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I wore this in the rain thinking I’d be fine, and wow, absolutely not. The water got through almost right away like it wasn’t even trying to be waterproof. I was so annoyed and disappointed, basically felt like I could’ve just worn a paper towel.

I really wanted to like these, and the styles looked good when they arrived, but the sizing made the whole experience frustrating for me.

I ordered my normal size because that usually works, but one piece was way too tight and another fit loose in a weird way. After trying them on, it felt less like a one-off issue and more like the sizing just isn’t consistent across items.

For the price, I expected the fit to be more reliable. I don’t mind ordering online, but if I can’t trust the sizing, I probably won’t buy again unless they improve that.

It rides okay for the most part, but on longer trips I just get the feeling it’s not as steady as it should be. Nothing terrible, but my gut says it could be smoother and more stable.

I browsed gooderider.com and the site itself looks really clean, with a stylish vibe overall. I liked a few of the designs, but one piece I looked at felt a little too plain for the price, so it kind of made me wonder if the rest might be the same. It’s not a bad shop at all, it just didn’t totally pull me in.

It took a while, honestly. A bit frustrating at first. But the issue did get fixed eventually, so I’m glad it worked out.

"Refund took WAY too long"
I asked for a refund it took FOREVER. I kept having to check in and wait around without getting any clear updates. It was really frustrating, and it felt like they didn’t actually care about sorting it out. Definitely not happy with how slow the whole process was

"My Size Keeps Mysteriously Disappearing"
I found a jacket I actually really liked, but of course my size was out again. At this point, I’m starting to think there’s some secret system making sure the good sizes vanish the second I show up. The rest of the store was fine, nothing too exciting, but the stock is definitely hit or miss.

"Simple thing got ignored and the site was frustrating"
I was just trying to do something basic, but it felt like my request was completely ignored. On top of that, the pages loaded slowly and the menus were harder to figure out than they needed to be. It ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Had a feeling it wouldn’t quite match the price"
I ordered from gooderider.com hoping it would feel like a solid buy, but my gut reaction when it arrived was kind of just… meh. It’s not bad, and it does the job, but it doesn’t really feel like something worth what I paid. I guess I expected a little better quality and maybe quicker shipping for the price. I’ve definitely bought similar items for less elsewhere, so I’m not sure I’d order again unless they dropped the price.

I ordered a specific pair of breeches, and the packing slip had the right info on it, so at first I thought everything was fine. Then I opened the package and nope, completely different size and color. Not sure where the mix-up happened, but it definitely wasn’t what I paid for. I reached out to support, and they took way longer than expected to get back to me. Meanwhile, I’m still sitting here without the actual breeches I ordered, which is frustrating

I ordered a pair of riding tights and they did arrive in good shape, so no issue there. I tend to notice shipping patterns, and this one felt a little slow compared to what I’m used to. The tracking also went quiet for a few days, which made it hard to tell if the package was actually moving or just sitting somewhere. Not a bad experience overall, just not especially quick. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not on a tight timeline

"Did anyone else have trouble after washing?"
I really liked the fit when I first got it, but after just a couple of washes it didn’t look the same anymore. The fabric started feeling a little off and it lost some of its shape, even though I followed the care instructions. It’s not terrible, but for the price I definitely expected it to hold up better. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Packaging really wasn’t okay"
I ordered from gooderider.com the item itself seemed fine, so I’m not trying to make a big deal out of nothing. But the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up half crushed, there was barely any protection inside, and even the product bag was ripped. For what I paid, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it to arrive in better condition. It just felt like not much care was taken before shipping it out.

I grabbed this kind of on impulse because I’ve heard decent things about the brand. So far, it seems okay, but I’m not totally convinced yet. I do wish they were a bit clearer with the details. Overall, not a bad experience, just average for me right now

I’m giving this 3 stars mainly because of the fabric, i don’t think that’s unfair. It’s not a bad item at all, so I’m not trying to be overly harsh, but the material feels a little stiffer than I was expecting and not as soft on my skin as I’d hoped. The fit is fine and it looks nice enough, so it’s definitely wearable. I just personally wish the fabric had a smoother, softer feel. Maybe it’ll loosen up after a few washes, but I can’t really say yet.

I was trying to look things up before placing an order, but the product pages didn’t really give me enough info, lol. The sizes, materials, and what’s actually included were all kind of unclear, so I felt like I was guessing a bit. The site looks fine overall, but when you’re shopping online, vague details make it harder to feel confident buying.
